At the time of delivery:
If your mattress is defective upon delivery, you may send it back with the truck at the time of delivery. We will reschedule your delivery for a later date. If a return is requested we will issue a refund for any unopened merchandise that is sent back with the original delivery drivers at the time of delivery.
After merchandise is received up to 2 weeks:
Returns will be accepted to any non-upholstered merchandise in its original packaging after the merchandise is received up to 2 weeks of receiving the merchandise. We do not accept returns on any upholstered goods including, but not limited to: mattress and box springs, pillows, toppers, sofas, chairs, futon mattresses, rv mattresses, boat mattresses etc.
Shipping costs of returned merchandise is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges will be the current market shipping rates.
