We guarantee to match the price of any identical mattress or furniture item that meets the same specifications. For furniture items, this applies to products with item codes exclusively from Ashley Furniture. For mattresses, we match based on foam type, special features, and overall quality. 

In addition to matching the price of the item itself, we guarantee a better total price, which includes delivery costs. This means that if you find the same mattress or furniture item at a lower total price from another retailer, including shipping charges, we will match that price. 

To take advantage of our Best Price Guarantee, you must provide us with a formal quote from a competing retailer. The quote must clearly list the item, its specifications, and the total price, including any applicable shipping fees. This allows us to thoroughly compare prices and ensure that we are offering the best deal possible. 

Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to wholesale pricing or direct manufacturer purchases. Additionally, the competitor's price must be of "reasonable price" to qualify for our guarantee. 

We define "reasonable price" as a price that reflects the standard market value of the product. Factors such as condition, authenticity, and availability may influence what is considered a reasonable price. We reserve the right to determine the reasonableness of a competitor's price on a case-by-case basis. 

To claim our Best Price Guarantee, simply provide us with the competitor's quote either in-store or via email. Our team will review the information provided and match the price accordingly. Please note that the item must be in stock and available for purchase from both us and the competitor at the time of the price match.
