Warranty Policy

Our showroom has different policies based on which side (left or right) of the showroom the mattress is bought, and if you are a loyalty member or not. 

Mattress Warranties (Loyalty Members): All mattresses will have a LIFETIME warranty, if you are a loyalty member upon purchase. Contact us with any warranty claims and we will give you FULL credit back for what you initially paid, if the mattress is sagging around 1.5" or more. For those local to our store, call us, and we will schedule a time to come out and measure your mattress, to help expedite and process the warranty. Do you live farther away? Mattress Warranties (Non-Loyalty Members): All mattress warranties are processed as those which are given for the particular mattress, which is anywhere from 1 to 25 years! Customer will be given full credit back to exchange for a new mattress, if the mattress is covered under warranty. For those local to our store, call us, and we will schedule a time to come out and measure your mattress, to help expedite and process the warranty.
