Comfort Policy

Our showroom has different policies based on which side (left or right) of the showroom the mattress is bought, and if you are a loyalty member or not.

Comfort Policy (For Loyalty Members): All mattresses on the left hand side of our showroom will be given a 5 Year Comfort Guarantee! This includes a free foam swap within your mattress (same day pickup/redelivery of mattress within 25 miles, scheduled redelivery outside 25 miles), or a mattress exchange for specific models (our hand-tufted mattresses). Right side of the showroom will have the standard comfort exchange policy listed below. A $149 fee is required to start the comfort exchange process. Only ONE comfort exchange given per purchase.

Standard Comfort Exchange Policy For All Mattresses (Non-Loyalty Members): Upon delivery of your mattress, a 30-day "trial" begins. Use the first 30 days to ensure this mattress is perfect for you. If not, call us and schedule a comfort exchange. This comfort exchange gives you FULL CREDIT of the mattress you originally paid for. Then, come back to our shop and pick out another mattress for yourself. A $149 fee is required to start the comfort exchange process, which covers removing the old mattress, and delivering the new mattress (same day). This allows you to make sure that you find the right mattress with less risk. Only ONE comfort exchange given per purchase.
